About

Who I Am

A human-first approach to technology, strategy, and building a career that compounds over time.

I’m William de Torvy-Ballou — an AI strategist and agent architecture advisor based in London. I work with founders, CTOs, and innovation teams to turn AI from a vague possibility into practical systems that support real work and real people.

My focus is on clarity first: understanding where AI agents actually create leverage in your context, then designing the architecture, workflows, and partnerships to make that happen. Less hype, more compounding results.

Alongside client work, I write The Willos Epistles and host The Willos Podcast, exploring life, reality, technology, and the experiment of building a family and career at the same time.

If you’re interested in working together, start with the “Work With Me” section or reach out directly. I prefer fewer, deeper relationships over a crowded client roster.
